Burrito with Chile Relleno
Ingredients
- 12" flour tortilla
- Seralmont Chile relleno with cheese
- 3 oz mexican rice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 oz sauce
Instructions
- Heat chile relleno for 1-2 minutes in the microwave.
- Heat the flour tortilla.
- Once hot, add avocado and rice to the tortilla.
- Add the chile relleno in pieces.
- Roll up in burrito and serve.
Chile Relleno in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Seralmont Chile Relleno
For the sauce
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
Instructions
For the sauce
- Add to the blender 3 chopped tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 piece of onion, 1 cup of water and blend.
- Preheat a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil and then pour the sauce.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
- Once it is boiling, add the chile relleno.
Notes
You can serve it with saffron rice as a side dish.
