Burrito with Chile Relleno

Ingredients

  • 12" flour tortilla
  • Seralmont Chile relleno with cheese
  • 3 oz mexican rice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 oz sauce

Instructions

  • Heat chile relleno for 1-2 minutes in the microwave.
  • Heat the flour tortilla.
  • Once hot, add avocado and rice to the tortilla.
  • Add the chile relleno in pieces.
  • Roll up in burrito and serve.

Chile Relleno in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • Seralmont Chile Relleno

For the sauce

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper

Instructions

For the sauce

  • Add to the blender 3 chopped tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 piece of onion, 1 cup of water and blend.
  • Preheat a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil and then pour the sauce.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
  • Once it is boiling, add the chile relleno.

Notes

You can serve it with saffron rice as a side dish.
